AI agents for your Finance and Collections team

Automatic bank reconciliation, document capture with zero typing, payment follow-up and collections, and financial reports that build themselves. Your team stops filling spreadsheets and goes back to making decisions.

What we do

Four financial workflows we ship to production, automated

We don't sell a template. We take the processes that eat your back-office team's hours today —the ones that depend on copying, pasting, reconciling and chasing payments— and leave them running with AI agents connected to your ERP, your bank and your inbox. Where human judgment is needed, we leave a control point; the agent handles the rest.

Automatic bank reconciliation

The agent pulls statements (via banking API or MT940/CSV file), matches them against ERP entries and invoices, and clears 1:1 and N:1 matches on its own. Differences land in an exceptions queue, each with an explanation of why it didn't reconcile, ready for a human to approve in one click.

Document capture with no typing

Supplier invoices, receipts, credit notes and tickets arrive by email, WhatsApp or a shared folder. The agent extracts tax ID, point of sale, amount, VAT, authorization code and due date with OCR plus validation, checks them against the tax authority registry and posts the document to the ERP already coded.

Payment follow-up and collections

The agent watches your receivables aging and fires staggered reminders before and after the due date by email and WhatsApp, with the tone and cadence you define per customer segment. It logs payment promises, schedules follow-ups and escalates the tricky cases to a human.

Financial reports that build themselves

Projected cash flow, bank position, debtor aging, VAT and month-end close built from live ERP data. They arrive as a PDF and in a spreadsheet at the time you choose, with the comments and alerts your team needs for the board meeting.

How we do it

From discovery to production in four steps

.01

Audit of the administrative cycle

We sit down with whoever reconciles, whoever posts documents and whoever collects. We measure real volumes: how many bank movements, how many invoices per month, how many hours each task takes and where errors show up. We leave with a map prioritized by impact.

.02

Connection to your ERP, bank and inbox

We integrate via API or connectors with your ERP (SAP, Tango, Xubio, Odoo, Holded, QuickBooks), your bank accounts and the inboxes where documents land. We define posting rules, chart of accounts and the thresholds that trigger human review.

.03

MVP build and validation against your data

We deploy the first workflow and run it in parallel with your current process using your history. We compare what the agent did against what your team did, tune rules and guardrails, and only scale when the numbers add up.

.04

Go-live and support

We turn the agents on, train your team to run the exceptions queue and leave quality monitoring in place. If something changes —a new supplier, a different statement format— the system flags it and we stay alongside you.

Results

Fewer errors, a faster close, and a team that stops filling spreadsheets

Up to 70% fewer hours spent on reconciliation and manual document entry

Month-end close in days, not weeks: data arrives reconciled on the first business day

Typing and coding errors near zero thanks to automatic validation against the tax authority

Lower DSO (days sales outstanding): collections no longer depend on someone remembering to call

Full traceability: every movement keeps its document, its rule and who approved it

Your back-office moves from entering data to analyzing it and chasing only the exceptions

Real-time visibility

A dashboard that shows what every agent is doing, right now

Each workflow reports its activity: how many documents it posted, how many movements it reconciled, which collections it triggered and where it needs a human hand. No black boxes: if an agent decides something, you'll know why.

Frequently asked questions

What teams usually ask before we start

Does it integrate with the ERP we already use?

Yes. We work with SAP, Tango, Xubio, Odoo, Holded, QuickBooks and most ERPs on the market, via API or connectors. If your system has no open API, we evaluate alternatives (file imports, RPA over the interface) during the initial audit. We won't ask you to switch ERPs.

What happens when a movement won't reconcile or a document looks off?

Those cases are never posted blindly. The agent sends them to an exceptions queue with an explanation of why it couldn't resolve it, and waits for human approval. You set the thresholds: for example, auto-reconcile below a certain amount and review manually above it. The critical control always stays with your team.

How do you handle the security of financial data and banking credentials?

End-to-end encrypted infrastructure, credentials kept in a secrets manager (never in plain text), read-only permissions where they suffice, and traceability of every action. We sign an NDA and your information never leaves the perimeter we agree on. For bank access we favor official APIs and open banking over scraping whenever they're available.

How long until it's running and how is the return measured?

The first workflow is usually in production in under 30 days. Before we switch it on we run it in parallel with your history to validate accuracy. The return is measured from month one with hard numbers: hours saved, error reduction, close days and DSO. We work with a fixed budget and a projected ROI we review together.
