AI Opportunity Audit
We map how your company works today and pinpoint, with hard data, where Artificial Intelligence delivers the most impact. You leave the audit with a clear view of your processes, identified quick wins and a roadmap prioritized by return. It's the entry door — at no cost — to working with LFT.
We map your operation and turn it into concrete opportunities
We don't sell AI for the sake of it. Before proposing a single line of automation, we learn how work actually flows through your company, where hours get lost and where errors creep in. The audit turns that reality into an actionable document: what to automate first, what it costs, what it returns and in which order to move.
Current-process mapping
We document each area's critical flows end to end: who does what, with which tools, in what order and how long it takes. We surface the real process — not the one in the manual — including its detours, rework and handoffs.
Automatable-task detection
We identify the repetitive, rule-based, high-volume tasks AI can take over: data entry, invoice and receipt processing, report generation, reconciliations. We flag which need a human in the loop and which don't.
AI maturity scoring
We score each area on AI maturity: data quality and availability, process standardization, tools in use and the team's openness to change. You learn exactly where you stand and what's needed for an automation to be viable.
Report with a prioritized roadmap
We deliver a report that ranks every opportunity on an impact-vs-effort matrix, with projected ROI, assumptions and dependencies. It's not a wish list: it's a plan your team can defend in front of leadership.
Three steps, one straight answer
The audit is lightweight and low-effort for your team. In just a few days we go from not knowing each other to a measured diagnosis and an actionable plan.
Discovery and interviews
We talk to the leaders and to the people who run the process every day. We map critical areas, observe the real work and gather KPIs, operation volumes and the tools you already use. We listen to the pain point before proposing any solution.
Analysis and measurement
We quantify time, errors, cost and bottlenecks with hard metrics, not opinions. We cross that data with the technical feasibility of each automation and build the maturity score per area to separate what moves the needle from what just sounds nice.
Report and action plan
We hand over the report with findings, prioritized opportunities and a staged roadmap. We present it in a session where we answer everything candidly: what to tackle first, which quick win starts now and what we leave for a second wave.
Clarity to decide where to invest in AI
When the audit closes, your company stops improvising with AI. You know exactly where the opportunity is, what it's worth and where to start.
All your critical processes documented and a ranking of automation opportunities by area.
At least one high-impact, low-effort initiative ready to kick off right away.
Estimated hours saved, error reduction and expected return for every roadmap initiative.
A prioritized plan your team can defend to leadership — no smoke, no empty promises.
From discovery to an automated-process dashboard
The audit ends on paper, but it points to this: processes that used to burn manual hours, now running on their own and measured in real time. The report defines which of your flows reach a dashboard like this first.
What people usually ask before we start
Does the audit have a cost?
No. The AI Opportunity Audit is free and it's the entry door to working with LFT. We invest that time because, if we find a concrete opportunity, it's the natural start of a project. And if there isn't one, we tell you with the same candor — we won't sell you something you don't need.
How much of my team's time does it take?
Very little. It starts with a call under 30 minutes and, depending on scope, we add one or two interview sessions with process leaders and operators. The discovery is designed not to stall your operation: we work from information that already exists and observe the real work without interrupting it.
What do I need to have ready?
Nothing prepared in advance. It helps a lot if you can share basic KPIs, operation volumes and the tools you use today (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, etc.), but part of the audit's job is precisely to organize that. If it isn't documented, we capture it ourselves during the process.
How do you protect the confidentiality of my information?
We sign an NDA before starting and work only with the information needed for the diagnosis. Your data never leaves the agreed perimeter and we follow security best practices throughout. The audit doesn't require connecting your systems: it works on discovery and metrics.
